This model is influenced by the designs of the Australian Bob McTavish who was the one who led to the “shortboard revolution” thanks to the inspiration ofGeorge Greenouth and later put into practice masterfully by the first world surfing champion Nat Young. McTavish is recognized as the shaper of the new era along with Dick Brewer.
